PS: and yes, as soon as I will have the time to contact you again, we will discuss on sight height between a key customer, having payed around 800 Euros for a really top-notch foldable phone, half a year ago, now having pixel errors and an anoying colourful line on the main bigger display, always willing to play the beta tester, as already back then, in 2005, when products have been launched, without having invested enough in man power to test sufficiently, waiting for the first innovator customers, paying quite a decent sum for the new leading products to come back with their feedback to improve soft- and hardware without having to invest too much into highly qualitfied engineering employees to do the testing upfront, as already back then is was, fast, fast, faster, ship it out, it is an additional dollar turnover, good for my bonus, sorry for having to be so harsh this time.

So, dear HONOR and Huawei team (laptop with INTEL chipset, if I research well, back then and remember), you should have my contact details, email adress and phone number.

Please contact me in a first step by email and I will recontact you, as soon as other projects will let me enough time to take care of this issue, thank you for your understanding.

So please come back with a suitable solution to handle this defect (think, it is called Sachmangel, where I have different options to handle this nasty product defect), don’t wanna get nasty and contact my lawyers, we will find a fair solution, as Ai am not willing to accept, that my phone has to be sent in for two weeks to your warehouse in the Netherlands, unclear, who is paying the insured sending fees for checking, if my phone is repaired for free or replaced, as the Sachmangel is obvious, can send you a Foto of the defect display with the pixel errors in right in the line, where the display is folded, the phone being sent back resetted to the initial delivery status, me forcing to back it up via Google or a different phone, probably causing problems, me not accepting to pay around 450 € to replace the display, as research, having heard, that the foldable phones of other manufacturers also have the same problems, requesting prices, which are even much higher than yours, not giving in yet, always here to reach out my hand, that is the way, my blue collar worker parents brought me up, back then, in the seventies and eighties.
