as your CEO Mr Ben-Moshe is probably right now quite busy replying to all the legal requests having coming in lately, probably not within the EU right now, he had not time yet to repeat to my kind and still friendly requests from a former loyal customer over more than 20 years, having honestly been ripped off, having filed in my request to the Bundesamt für Justiz, being able to send you the relevant Geschäftszeichen, if needed, I would kindly ask you to forwards this request again to him, still willing to find a fair recompensation solution, not forcing me to contact my lawyers and keep posting a fair but tough posts, how I was treated as a paying customer, as it could get quite nasty, also willing ready to come by with my mobile phone for a cultivated chimney talk amongst elderly guys, when he will be back within the EU.
