contacted you several times over all this time in a friendly and educated way to find finally a fair solution on eye sight with a decent recompensation for a loyal customer for more than 20 years simply having been ripped off, sorry for having to be so harsh this time.
So, always difficult to get in contact with you, next time you are back here in Europe, I would come by to have a fair, cultivated old guys chimney discussion, we will find a solution, I am pretty sure, still willing to negotiate and discuss.
